1. Seller and Scope

Shoxrt is operated by Even International Limited, the seller for orders placed through shoxrt.com. Our registered address is RM 1003, 10/F, Witty Commercial Building, 1A-1L Tung Choi Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong.

These Terms of Purchase govern purchases from our store, together with the Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling, and our Terms of Use govern use of the website.

Mandatory consumer rights take priority over inconsistent wording in these terms.

2. Eligibility and Order Information

You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase and authority to use the selected payment method. Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and review the product, variation, quantity, and total before submitting an order.

You must not place orders for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

3. Placing an Order and Acceptance

Placing an order is your offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt and is not, by itself, acceptance. Unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier, acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch of the goods.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for a genuine reason such as unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, an obvious pricing error, a delivery restriction, or reasonably suspected fraud. We will notify you where practical and refund money collected for a canceled order.

After acceptance, we will not use a general correction clause to change your purchase price or materially substitute products without agreement. Cancellation or modification of accepted orders is subject to applicable law and any agreement with you.

4. Product Information and Selection

Review the full product description and available specifications before purchasing. Photos may be affected by display settings and lighting, but this does not excuse a material difference from the description or agreed product.

For household tools and accessories, check dimensions, intended use, surface compatibility, and relevant care instructions. Follow safety and usage guidance supplied with the item. Contact us before purchase if essential information is missing.

Quick-view and quick-add features may show only a summary; they do not replace the complete product information.

5. Prices and Offers

Prices and any applicable charges are shown before payment. If another currency is supported, the checkout total identifies the currency and amount applicable to the order. Payment providers may apply separate exchange or international-transaction charges under their own arrangements with you.

Promotions are subject to the terms displayed with the offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. We will not apply new promotional restrictions retroactively to an accepted purchase.

An obvious error may require correction before acceptance. We will seek your agreement to a revised offer or cancel and refund, rather than charging an increased amount without authorization.

6. Shipping Charge and Free Shipping

• A merchandise subtotal of $39.99 USD or more after discounts qualifies for free standard shipping to supported destinations.

• A merchandise subtotal below $39.99 USD after discounts incurs a $5.99 USD standard shipping charge.

The threshold excludes shipping, taxes, duties, and import charges. The final applicable shipping amount is disclosed at checkout.

7. Payments

By submitting payment, you authorize the selected payment provider to process the total displayed at checkout. Available methods are shown there and may vary.

We may request reasonable verification where necessary to protect against unauthorized transactions. Do not provide full payment credentials through customer-support email. Unverified or unsuccessful payments may prevent order acceptance.

8. Availability and Quantities

Stock may change before an order is accepted. We may apply reasonable quantity limits to address shortages, suspected resale abuse, or fraudulent ordering. Limits affecting a purchase will be communicated as appropriate.

If an item cannot be supplied, we will explain available alternatives or refund the affected goods. We do not require acceptance of a substitute item or store credit instead of an applicable refund.

9. Processing and Delivery

Processing normally takes 1–3 business days, or up to 5 business days during busy periods. Transit estimates after dispatch are 8–15 business days for the United States, 11–16 business days for Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, and 13–18 business days for other supported destinations.

The Shipping & Delivery Policy explains tracking, split shipments, possible delays, and non-delivery support. Estimates do not remove legal rights concerning agreed delivery times or non-delivery.

10. Taxes and Import Rules

Taxes charged by the store are disclosed at checkout. Destination duties or import charges not included or collected there may be payable by the customer, except where the law places the obligation on us.

Customers must not order goods for unlawful import or use. We remain responsible for the legal obligations that apply to us as seller.

11. Changes and Cancellations

For a shipping-address correction or pre-dispatch cancellation request, email service@shoxrt.com promptly, preferably within 12 hours. We will try to assist but cannot guarantee interception after fulfillment begins.

This operational request window is separate from statutory cancellation rights, including eligible UK distance-selling rights described in the Return & Refund Policy.

12. Returns and Product Problems

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these purchase terms. Outside statutory rights or a specific offer at purchase, we do not operate an additional change-of-mind return or routine exchange program.

Report arrival damage, wrong goods, or missing items promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days. This does not limit claims for later-discovered faults or mandatory consumer remedies.

Contact us for product-return instructions. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Bank posting can take approximately 7–12 business days after issuance, without extending legal refund deadlines.

13. Responsibility and Legal Protections

We are responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law and for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach where the law so provides. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Products are offered for personal household use unless otherwise agreed. To the extent allowed by law, we do not accept liability for business losses arising from unagreed commercial use.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, subject to mandatory protections available to consumers under the law that applies to their purchase. You are not deprived of a right to bring proceedings in your local courts where that right is protected by law.

Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. This is not a waiver of your rights with a payment provider, regulator, or court.

15. Updates

We may revise these terms for future orders. An accepted order generally remains governed by the terms applying when it was accepted, unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.
